Currently, there are 125 single family homes on the market in Murrells Inlet. On average since the beginning of the year, it takes about 118 days for homes to get an offer and close. Those homes sold, on average, at 97.5% of the list price.

The median home sales price for single family homes sold since January in Murrells Inlet is $525,497.

That number is up from $498,590 for the same time period last year.

WHAT THIS MEANS:

Right now, sellers need to be strategic. Selling your home quickly & for top dollar IS possible, but you need the right strategy right the start. Buyers, now is one of those rare opportunities where you can secure your dream home without as much competition. Things have picked back up over the last few weeks, so if you’re a buyer, act now.
