1. Make sure all agreed upon repairs are completed.
2. Make sure the home is in the same condition as it was when you made your offer.
3. Make sure all of the seller’s belongings are removed from the home.
If these three things are not completed, your agent needs to talk to the listing agent and address the items prior to closing.
